We pioneered the fresh-baked concept, using hot selling activities to attract customers with the unique and comforting aroma of potato bread, which combines the earthiness of potatoes with the warm, inviting scent of freshly baked bread. Our recipe, created by our Japanese chef, features a unique combination of flavors (potato flakes and mashed potatoes) and a soft, fluffy texture that pairs perfectly with our homemade custard recipe.
