Since its incorporation in 15 September 1984 JUSCO has established itself as a leading and prefered chain of superstores in Malaysia. From then till now it has expanded as a robust network of 16 stores, 13 shopping centers and 2 D’Hati supermarkets.

AEON's constant interior redecorations of outlets is to project an image designed to satisfy the ever changing needs and demands of consumers. During the first three months, you will undergo an intensivee introduction programme covering the principles of operation and management. This includes:

• Management workshops in leadership, teamwork and managing change
• Familiarization visits to all areas of our operation
• Experience sharing with managers and staff
• Briefing from senior management on business strategy
• Group projects

To gain expose in retail operations, you will be posted to various departments whithin AEON. This is an excellent opportunity for you to broaden your understanding of our business.

Are you qualified for our Management Trainee Programme?

• You must be a Malaysian citizen
• You should be between 21-28 years of age
• You must possess a Advanced Diploma or University Degree in any discipline
• You must be able to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia
• You must have excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• You should be ready for challenges and be geographically mobile
• You are comfortable working in shifts
