Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor operational efficiency to ensure sales and gross profit is met and customer satisfaction level is sustainable.
• Attend to customer complaints
• Execute Yearly Promotion planning / monthly promotion / daily promotion based on lifestyle calendar or Merchandising Plan
• Controlling of price alteration, monitoring of stock turnover level & out of stock
• Maintain the merchandise layout, schematic plan and display of store.
• Handle staff discipline issues.
• To work closely with Store Manager on overall store operation strategy & policy.
• Establish daily sales and gross profit budget by department and review their

	Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Preferably candidate in Apparel, Textiles or Garments background. Full-Time position(s) available. Pleasant personality and professional demeanor. Dynamic leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. Must be able communicate well in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Must be willing to work in shift, weekends and public holidays.
