Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and supervising concess monthly and yearly sales performance.
  • Conduct market survey for the improvement of the department.
  • Introducing new assortment for the department.
  • Monthly promotion planning to improve concess sales performance.
  • Negotiating trading term with suppliers.
  • To do cost control to ensure Sales & GP can be achieve.
  • Create store layout & Schematic Plan.
  • Create new recipe, provide training to staffs and Planning promotion.
  • Quality checking to ensure all store to have standardize recipe.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Maluri,Cheras.
  • Applicants must be able to work on alternate Saturday basis (full day on Saturday).
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Merchandising or equivalent.
  • Posses good communication skill both in English and Malay. Able to communicate in Mandarin/Cantonese would be an added advantage.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
