Responsibilities:

  • To prepare daily / weekly schedule for the department.
  • To ensure that all staff are well equip with latest information about the store events.
  • To entertain customers' complaints.
  • To supervise overall in AEON MEMBER and Service Counter.
  • To train and inform staff  about J-Card and its privileges.
  • To ensure any new information regarding AEON MEMBER is informed to the members.
  • To assist Customer Care Officer in daily working task.
  • Any other duties as be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, or a Diploma in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Pleasant personality and like to deal with customer.
  • Able to communicate with people in all level.
  • Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
