Responsibilities:
- To prepare daily / weekly schedule for the department.
- To ensure that all staff are well equip with latest information about the store events.
- To entertain customers' complaints.
- To supervise overall in AEON MEMBER and Service Counter.
- To train and inform staff about J-Card and its privileges.
- To ensure any new information regarding AEON MEMBER is informed to the members.
- To assist Customer Care Officer in daily working task.
- Any other duties as be assigned from time to time.
