Responsibilities:
- To check and analyze medical expenses for insurance claims and ensure expenses incurred are paid and no outstanding.
- To arrange transportation for company events and ensure all expenses incurred are transferred to related departments.
- To check and ensure all medical expenses to be claimed from insurance company.
- To ensure all SOCSO cases are being follow up and update the current staff status whenever death and disability occur.
- To make arrangement for long service awards.
- To source yearly birthday gifts for total company.
- To ensure all renewal takes place as soon as the period ended especially for insurance, hospital deposits and others.
- Monitor and follow up the actions taken after Welfare Meeting for each stores.
- To co-ordinate company activities as and when required.
