Responsibilities:

  • Assist in achieving the sales target of the division
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and merchandise mix
  • Providing excellence customer service on the selling area as well as able to gauge customers' needs
  • Stock replenishing and ensuring stock level is healthy
  • Performing back-end office functions such as preparing monthly review and sales promotion result

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Possess at least 3 years experience in retail at supervisory level
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Strong monitoring and checking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
