  • MEMBERSHIP
    • Applications are open to all residents of Malaysia and Singapore aged 18 years and above.
    • The AEON MEMBER Card is not a credit card or charge card.
    • The employees of AEON CO. (M) BHD. are not eligible to apply and use the AEON MEMBER Card.
    • The promoters are not allowed to use their AEON MEMBER Card during working hours and strictly not on customer purchases.
    • The AEON MEMBER Card is renewable at the annual membership fee of RM12.
    • AEON MEMBER Cardholders may choose to renew their membership for 3 years at the price of 2 years renewal fee, of which amounting to RM24. In this event, AEON MEMBER Points cannot be used to redeem this renewal.
      In the event that the AEON MEMBER Card has since expired for more than a year, the same shall not be entitled to this renewal offer.
    • In the event the AEON MEMBER Card expires, AEON MEMBERS shall have the option to either apply for a new AEON MEMBER Card or renew the AEON MEMBER Card at any AEON MEMBER Customer Service Counter. In the case of application for a new AEON MEMBER Card, all the points and rebates accumulated from the expired card shall not be carried forward to the new AEON MEMBER Card and the points and rebates shall be null and void.
    • In the event the AEON MEMBER Card is renewed, the date of renewal will commence on the day after expiry date and upon renewal, the AEON MEMBER shall be entitled to all the points and rebates accumulated previously.
    • Free sign-up points of 100 AEON MEMBER Points shall subject to the following conditions:
      • AEON MEMBER Cards that have since expired for more than a year are not entitled to this offer.
      • 100 AEON MEMBER Points will take 1 day to be updated into the Member account.
      • 100 AEON MEMBER Points is valid for 3 years, ending on 31st of December of the respective year.
    • Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders have the right to terminate the supplementary card under special circumstances.
    • The supplementary membership will expire together with the principal card's expiry regardless of the application date for the supplementary card.
    • The members must present the AEON MEMBER Card to the cashier before any transaction to ensure that the spending amount is recorded and accumulated. Failure to do so, the amounts spent will not be taken into account for rebates or points accumulation.
    • All correspondences and promotional information shall be forwarded to the Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders only.
    • If an AEON MEMBER Card is stolen, lost or damaged, a fee of RM5 will be charged for a replacement card.
    • The AEON MEMBER Card is not transferable and is for the exclusive use of the AEON member only.
    • AEON. CO (M) BHD. reserves the right to use and utilise the database information for marketing purposes.
    • AEON. CO (M) BHD. reserves the right to decline the issuance or withdraw of the AEON MEMBER Card at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without any prior notice.
    • AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to suspend or terminate this programme at any time as it deems necessary. In such a case, AEON CO. (M) BHD. shall give advance notice to all members in the manner AEON CO. (M) BHD. deems appropriate.
    • AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to omit, add or amend the AEON MEMBER Card Terms and Conditions with no prior notice. Any new or amended terms and conditions will override the existing AEON MEMBER Card Terms and Conditions.
  • REBATE COLLECTION PROGRAMME
    • Rebates will be issued upon minimum spending of RM500 at any of our General Merchandising Stores ("GMS") over a period of 6 months.
      • Purchases made from 1 January till 30 June (Gift Vouchers are available for collection between 1 August till 30 November)
      • Purchases made from 1 July till 31 December (Gift Vouchers are available for collection between 1 March till 30 June) AEON CO. (M) BHD. will not entertain any collection request beyond the stipulated collection time frame.
    • The eligible members will be notified. AEON CO. (M) BHD. will not bear any responsibility for mail failure or late arrival of rebate letters due to postal delays. Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders shall check with any AEON Member Customer Service Centre if they have not received any notification during the stated period.
    • The Rebate amount entitlement in the AEON MEMBER System is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
    • The following items are not included in the rebate calculation:
      • Purchases of AEON Gift Vouchers, wine and liquor, cigarettes, telephone cards, mobile phone prepaid cards and stamps.
      • Purchases from the Supermarket, Customer Service Counter, Food Court, The Egg House, Arena Restaurant, La Boheme, Pharmacy, Vehicles, Eneos, Molly Fantasy and MaxValu Supermarket.
      • Purchases from tenants' outlets and Eneos
      • Delivery charges
      • Repair & service charges
      • Stamp Duty & Easy Payment
      • AEON MEMBER Day & AEON MEMBER Fiesta
    • Only Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders with a valid/non-expired AEON MEMBER Card are eligible for the rebate redemption.
    • Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders are required to produce their AEON MEMBER Card, I.C. or passport and the original rebate letter in order to redeem the Gift Vouchers.
    • AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to refuse any voucher redemption for any reason or if it is suspected that the rebates were fraudulently accumulated by the AEON Member or wrongly recorded.
    • Photocopy of I.C./passport is required during application of AEON MEMBER Card for record purposes.
  • POINTS COLLECTION PROGRAMME
    • Every Ringgit spent in AEON outlets shall be converted to 1 point.
    • Points expiry date: 3 years from the year points have been accumulated.
      E.g. Points for purchases made in year 2009 will expire on 31 December 2012.
    • The following items are not included in the points' calculation:
      • Purchases made from AEON Gift Vouchers, cigarettes, telephone cards, mobile phone prepaid cards and stamps
      • Purchases made from The Egg House, Eneos and tenants' outlets
      • Delivery charges
      • Repair & service charges
      • Stamp Duty & Easy Payment
    • AEON Points accumulated are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other items except in those stated in the AEON Points Redemption Programme.
    • AEON Points accumulated are non-transferable, assignable and/or not for sale to any other persons.
    • Only valid Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders holding a valid/non-expired AEON MEMBER Card with sufficient points are eligible for the gift redemption.
    • Principal AEON MEMBER Cardholders are required to produce their AEON MEMBER Card and I.C. or passport for the redemption of gifts.
    • Upon AEON's acceptance of the redemption order, AEON MEMBERS shall not revoke, cancel, return or exchange the gift redemption item(s).
    • AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to refuse any redemption of the redeemed item if AEON CO. (M) BHD. has any reason to suspect the points were fraudulently accumulated by the member or wrongly recorded.
    • AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to adjust the points tiers or requirements, as well as substitute or replace items with items of similar or equivalent value without prior notice.
    • AEON CO. (M) BHD. reserves the right to deduct the balance of a member's points accumulation in the event that:-
      • any point is suspected of being fraudulently recorded;
      • any point is recorded in error; and
      • any point related to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given.
